Ready Together Couple Workshop

Navigating the Changes, Understanding the Challenges ….Together!

Preparing your relationship before the birth of your baby is not just important, it’s essential.

The majority of clients who present following the birth of their baby report feeling unprepared for the psychological and emotional changes that present during early parenthood.

There is a belief that nothing can prepare you for having a baby. However, we CAN prepare expectant parents for the postnatal period and with their adjustment to parenthood. Join us at our next workshop to learn how. Facilitated by perinatal counsellor and group program facilitator, Emma Streeton.

Topics explored:

– What to expect in the early postpartum period.

– The changes you may experience in your relationship.

– How to strengthen your bond in this time of change.

– How you can equalise the mental load of parenting.

– How you can look after yourself, one another…and your baby.
