Together we will explore:

– Matrescence & the identity shift.

– Expectations & the ‘shoulds’ of motherhood.

– Mum guilt – what it is and how to harness it.

– The mental load of motherhood.

– The importance of coming together and building your village.

‘The sessions were incredibly useful and I would definitely recommend to any new or expectant mums.’

‘I feel I now have understanding of the changes new mums go through. Without that knowledge I would have felt very in the dark and struggled to describe what I feeling to my partner.’
