Join us for a 5-week group aimed at strengthening paternal wellbeing through psychoeducation and connection with other Dads. Babies welcome!
If you are a new or soon to be Dad and you’re looking for support as you navigate the challenges of early fatherhood, this group is for you. Facilitated by Bec Curtin.
Together we will explore the following topics:
- Navigating change and understanding your nervous system
- Your role in attachment (and why it matters)
- Being the Dad you want to be
- Supporting your partner (without losing yourself)
- Managing stress, anger, numbing, shutting down
- Identity shifts and masculinity
- Self-care and supports
